The Ladder Theory

"The ladder theory is a funny, scientific explanation of how men and women are attracted to each other. It also covers such topics as why women sometimes just want to be friends but men always want sex. It is based upon many years of sociological field testing, and was first conceptualized in 1994 in Exeter, CA by Dallas Lynn with acknowledgments to Jared Whitson for his role in formalizing the theory."

To Be Enlightened by The Ladder Theory: laddertheory.com

I remember reading this website through and through when I was a freshman in high school. It's actually very entertaining and really really convincing. I think everyone should be exposed to the ladder theory at some point, so I thought I would put it out there. It is controversial, however. As you can see above, it has been said that the theory is based upon many years of sociological field testing...But the theory has never appeared in a reference journal or scientific forum. Additionally, there are no studies or data cited to support the conclusions made.

Nevertheless, there are some very amusing points made so check it out!!
